Free Class: Morning Flow
A perfect practice to wake-up the body and the mind. We start by gently opening up the body with some stretches and movement, we then begin to pick up the pace, moving with our breath - to get the blood flowing and to boost energy levels in the body. This practice incorporates specific breathing techniques that help energise us and wake us up.
